Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry (”Entrant). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of General Motors Corporation (”GM”), Pepsi-Cola Company (and it’s bottlers), Lowe’s® Companies,Inc., adidas, Campbell Ewald, Exposure Marketing & Promotion, Inc., Richmond International Raceway, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and companies involved in the design, implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, and US Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

Timing :
The Chevy Rocks Your Garage (”Promotion”) consists of a Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (”Game”) and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 6/25/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 8/4/08 (”Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter the Sweepstakes a participant must visit http://www.chevy.com/chevyrocks (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, read and accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form (”Entry”). All registration information requested must be provided. Registrations must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on 8/4/08.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE- Sweepstakes Prize package will consist of the following five (5) elements, listed with the Approximate Retail Values (ARV)

1) Winner’s choice of either a 2009 Chevy Silverado LTZ (ARV $45,500) or Chevy Impala SS (ARV $33,000) - ARV based on 2009 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price of a base model.

5) Trip for two (2) to the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 scheduled to be held at Richmond International Raceway© on 9/6/08 in Richmond, VA. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Richmond, VA, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), two (2) suite tickets to the races on 9/5/08 and 9/6/08, local ground transportation between the airport, hotel and race track, $200 cash, admission to Sponsor-selected events and the opportunity to meet Dale Earnhardt Jr and Jimmie Johnson (ARV $4,000).
