The 2009 Mahindra Racing Tractor Giveaway (the “Promotion”), is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who have a valid U.S. driver’s license at time of entry.

The 2009 Mahindra Racing Tractor Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM (ET) on March 20, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on October 11, 2009
