Eligibility :
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania who are 21 years of age or older, as of June 3, 2008, with a valid driver’s license issued by NY, NJ, CT or PA. Sweepstakes not open to employees, and their families, of CSC Holdings, Inc., Optimum Autos or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, participating sponsor or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes (collectively the “Affiliated Parties”). Entrants who have been convicted of or who have pled guilty to a felony within the past 10 years are not eligible and will be disqualified. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

The Sweepstakes begins on June 3, 2008 at 3:00am EST and ends on July 11, 2008 at 11:59pm EST.How to Enter :
Enter one of three ways: 1) To enter online simply log on to www.optimumautossummersweeps.com and register with Optimum Autos between 3:00am EST June 3, 2008 and 11:59pm EST July 11, 2008. For online entries, only an e-mail address subscribed to and registered in an entrant’s name may be used by such entrant. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet-access provider, an online service provider or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 2) iO® account holders may also enter via Optimum Autos, iO Channel 605 between 3:00am EST June 3, 2008 and 11:59pm EST July 11, 2008.
